Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery service is available only in Greece. The cost of cash on delivery is € 2.22 and you pay at the time of delivery. The products that will be delivered through Speedex Courier.

Card

Through the “ePOS Paycenter” service of Piraeus Bank.

The “Redirection” solution of the “ePOS Paycenter” service of Piraeus Bank, used for the processing of electronic payment transactions. In this solution, the user is redirected from the company’s site to a secure page of Piraeus Bank where he will fill in his card details.

The page where the user enters their card details is secure (using SSL encryption with 2048-bit key size) which ensures the secure transfer of card details to the “ePOS Paycenter”.
The details that must be filled in on the payment page are the following:
card number
Expiration date
Verification Code (CVV2 / CVC2)
Email in which the user will optionally receive a confirmation of successful debit of his card

After entering the card details, the process of strong identification of the cardholder (3D Secure) follows, which enhances the security level of the transaction.

* Important notes:

• All transactions are made in Euro €.
• tkt-pro.gr reserves the right to delay any order for security reasons, or even to cancel it.
• COD is not available for countries outside Greece.
• In case you wish to change the method of payment of your order, the order department should be notified immediately and your order may be delayed due to the procedure followed for the change of payment method.
• In the case of payment option by bank deposit, the products are blocked for only 5 days from the registration of the order. After 5 days a product may be exhausted.
